Financial Aid Deadlines

For Entering Students (Spring 2025)

Now — Submit the 2024–25 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) using Susquehanna’s school code: 003369.
Dec. 15, 2024 — Priority deadline for filing the FAFSA. Admitted students are eligible for a FAFSA Grant* of $1,000 per year, renewable if the FAFSA is submitted annually. Your FAFSA must be filed with SU’s school code (003369) by Dec. 15, 2024.

For Entering Students (Fall 2025)

Fall 2024 — The 2025–26 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) will be available later this year. Please monitor the U.S. Department of Education website for details regarding the launch of the 2025–26 FAFSA. Susquehanna’s school code is 003369.
March 15, 2025 — Priority deadline for first-year students filing the FAFSA. Admitted first-year students are eligible for a FAFSA Grant* of $1,000 per year, renewable — if the FAFSA is submitted annually — for four years. Your FAFSA must be filed with SU’s school code (003369) by March 15, 2025.
May 1, 2025 — Pennsylvania student deadline to complete the FAFSA and be considered for the PA State Grant.
June 1, 2025 — Priority deadline for transfer students filing the FAFSA. Admitted transfer students are eligible for a FAFSA Grant* of $1,000 per year, renewable if the FAFSA is submitted annually. Your FAFSA must be filed with SU’s school code (003369) by June 1, 2025.

*Students who are awarded Tuition Exchange or Tuition Remission are not eligible.

Audition & Portfolio Deadlines

Applicants for admission to the creative writing, graphic design or studio art, theatre BFA and music programs are required to submit a portfolio or perform an audition to garner admission into the respective programs.
